Coaching Services

WTF offers three packages for online coaching services:

  • Package 1: Nutrition Only (additional details below)

  • Package 2: Nutrition and Training (additional details below)

  • Package 3: Nutrition and Training(additional details below)

Nutrition Only

Personalized nutrition coaching based on your goals. I will work with you to create a plan that is achievable and that will yield the best possible results. Your effort is Mandatory and expected.

  • Personalized “macros.” This will be a range that you can work within. This is a guide and has flexibility. Macros consist of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
  • Supplement recommendations (are not required, but helpful).
  • Sample meal plans can be provided upon request.
  • Workout recommendations and modifications if needed.
  • Weekly check-ins to monitor successes, opportunities, and challenges. Adjustments may be necessary.
  • or seasoned bodybuilders may receive day-by-day changes, depending on how far the competition is out and if it’s “peak week.” Peak week is NOT the time to make drastic changes, cutting water out and removing sodium. If needed, I will consult with another professional to help you bring your best package.

Training Only

Training programs are based on what equipment you have regardless if you’re in/out of a the gym. You do NOT need to have any “fancy” equipment to obtain results-depending on your goals.

  • Your exercises will be based on my education, experience, and research.
  • Workouts will be curated based on lifestyle, frequency, and goals.
  • Rep range(s) and sets will be provided/suggested.
  • Videos available upon request.
  • Actual training program will vary based on individual needs.
